The menus, supervised by the dieticians at the Nutrition Centre at Les Thermes de Brides-les-Bains®, ensure that you keep to your dietary programme.
Once a week, a dietician from the Nutrition Centre hosts a meal for hotel guests. This is an opportunity to find out more and challenge a number of received ideas.

The chef also knows how to do justice to French gastronomy.

A dietetic or traditional breakfast is served in your room or in the restaurant from 7 to 10 a.m.
Other meals are served in the restaurant or on the terrace, enabling you to enjoy the invigorating mountain air.

The restaurant is open from 12.15 to 2 and 7.15 to 9 every day of the week.
